Shipping and Returns

If you wish to cancel an order, please email immediately, quoting your order number

If your order has already been dispatched, please return it unopened and unused, in same condition as received and in its original packaging within 5 days. Email us should you wish to do this, and we will tell you where to send it. Please retain proof of postage. Unfortunately, postage is non-refundable.

In the unfortunate event that your product arrives damaged, or you have a complaint about your item, please email and we will arrange a refund or replacement. It is essential we have proof of purchase and photos of damage to be able to do this. 

Please note, as with all natural products, there may be variations in colour and scent from batch to batch. Please be advised that our products are prepared in an environment where nut ingredients are used.
